Based in Sydney, Australia, Calum works across narrative features, documentaries, television, commercials, music videos and branded content, crafting bold, visually striking images that bring stories to life.

 

With a career spanning both Australian cinematography and international productions, Calum has delivered high-end work for major broadcasters including the ABC, BBC, CH10, ITV and SBS, as well as leading global streaming platforms. His debut feature Akoni earned multiple accolades, including an Australian Cinematographers Society award and a feature in Australian Cinematographer magazine. He also lensed the AACTA Award-winning Ellie & Abbie (& Ellie’s Dead Aunt) and recently shot The Way, My Way for director Bill Bennett, which enjoyed a major theatrical release in Australia and worldwide distribution.

 

Calum’s recent credits include numerous cinematic documentaries, and narrative feature film projects, along with commercial cinematography for global brands and agencies. As a camera operator, his credits include the Channel 10 adventure reality hit The Amazing Race, ABC’s That Pacific Sport Show, and Discovery Channel’s flagship show Street Outlaws.
